Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
KodaLand is a private, invitation-only platform. We collect as little personal information as possible, use it only to run the service, and never sell it. This policy explains what we handle and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in only two ways:
- Access requests. When you use the “Request access” form or email us, we receive the email address you provide and any optional name or message you choose to include.
- Standard server and edge logs. Like any website, our infrastructure records routine technical data with each request — such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use third-party analytics or social-media pixels on this site.
2. How we use it
- To review and respond to your request for access.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and platform.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
We do not use this information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
3. Third parties
We keep our vendor footprint small. Our website and platform are delivered through Cloudflare, which provides our content-delivery network, DNS, access control, and related security logging; Cloudflare processes request data on our behalf as part of serving and protecting the site. We may also use ordinary infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your information to anyone.
4. Retention
We keep access-request information only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request and to maintain a basic record of who has been granted access. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes and then rotated or deleted. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and similar U.S. state laws — you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and request access to it;
- Correct inaccurate personal data;
- Request deletion of your personal data;
- Obtain a copy of the personal data you provided; and
- Opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising — which we do not do.
To exercise any of these rights, use the request form on kodaland.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
6. Security
Access to the platform itself is restricted and gated behind an identity-based access wall. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep our footprint small and our controls tight. To report a security concern, see our security.txt or email the request form on kodaland.app, marked as a security report.
7. Children
KodaLand is a business tool intended for professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
